Equipment records now support file uploads directly from the Equipment History panel. A new "Add Equipment Documents" button appears alongside the existing "Add Maintenance Record" button, allowing one or more files to be attached to an equipment record in a single action. Uploaded documents are listed and downloadable from the Equipment History timeline.
